Developed multiple patient & provider apps (HealthLynked app, COVID‑Tracker, Oohvie, Patient Access Hub, QwikCheck)
2020
Mar – Launched the COVID-19 Tracker, enabling health data visualization and care coordination during the pandemic—a #1 ranked Apple Medical Store app May – Continued platform expansion via acquisition of Cura Health Management and ACO Health Partners.
2017
May – Commenced trading on OTCQB (ticker HLYK); secured a $3 million investment agreement to fuel platform growth and national rollout. Jul–Sep – Rolled out provider network infrastructure: Launched in Florida with 54,000 physician profiles. Expanded to Texas (60,000 profiles). By September, amassed a nationwide directory of 880,000+ providers.
2019
Jan – Signed definitive agreement to acquire Hughes Center for Functional Medicine (HCFM) Feb – Launched mobile check-in (QwikCheck) and Patient Access Hub technology marking entrance into wireless patient intake solutions. Sep – Debuted a new website, optimizing navigation and functionality for patients and providers.
2021
Continued iterative software and practice dashboard updates (e.g., QwikCheck enhancements), building on 2019–2020 releases.
2022
Q1 – launched the Oohvie App (FemTech focus) Q3–Q4 – Rolled out a concierge medicine program, including online scheduling, medical record mobility, and nurse-assisted profile creation—introducing a paid version.
2023
Jan – Sold ACO Health Partners, transitioning out of the ACO/MSO division and redirecting focus to product innovation. Mar – Released wireless technology patent( QwikCheck/ Patient Access Hub), expanded online concierge service on its cloud-based network.
2024
Jun – CEO financed $1 million into the company to accelerate the healthcare transformation strategy. Oct – Secured non‑provisional patent for its AI‑powered assistant, ARi. Nov – Updated Oohvie app to support women’s telemedicine and online provider booking. Also partnered with 3X4 Genetics to bring personalized genomic insights to users.
2025
Jan – Official release of ARi, HealthLynked’s patent‑pending AI healthcare assistant for guiding personal care and medical profile updates. Mar – Enhanced in-office booking tools and improved ARi’s capabilities to support clinic workflows. May – Introduced platform enhancements: expanded appointment booking workflow, new provider review system, and streamlined patient experiences. Jun – Partnered with Endlink to enable EMR/hospital system interoperability, moving HealthLynked’s data ingestion and exchange to hospital-grade integration levels.
